What a so caring and very caring staff, they gave us a brand-new room with the AC was n't working properly and spa bath and bathtub. The service here was great. Fairly clean hotel, I liked consistently courteous staff. The triple room was beautifully maintained, the bed was large. The clean bathroom with a hairdryer, shower caps and bath sheets. The property's position was favourable and easy, by picturesque mountains. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Down The Road that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building close to nearby factories as well as Mumbai and Navi Mumbai guest. Pretty friendly stuff, well-organised and neat rooms with bathtub. Ample parking and satisfactory breakfast for toasted bread. The pool area is nice too. No charge for laundry, wake up calls and ironing too.

I had a great time during my stay here. The location is perfect - it's close to many factories and is right off the main highway, making it easy to get around. The staff was incredibly helpful and always willing to assist me with anything I needed. I especially appreciated the room amenities, like the ironing facilities and mini-bar. The dining restaurant was also delicious, offering a great breakfast and packed lunches. the service was fantastic and the staff was always cheerful and ready to help.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly, helpful staff.

The location of the hotel was good and beautiful, to the adjacent Millinium business park. We truly enjoyed Prithika Property Restaurant located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, had dinner there.

Had a wonderful xmas experience at this hotel! the staff were five-star rated for their hospitality. the room was always spotless and had a beautiful view. the breakfast and room service were top-notch. the convenient location of the hotel made it easy to access nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options.

Liked the hotel, it is excellent and clean, has stunning and best possible location to the adjacent Millinium business park. The breakfast was satisfactory for toasted bread, the staff was helpful. Location: the property was short walk to the Mosaic restaurant staff as well as the industrial area. And it was relatively close to Golden Jade, ate there couple of times.

This hotel has excellent hospitality, comfortable beds and spacious rooms with all amenities. The breakfast offers a delicious variety of North, South, and Western options. The hotel is conveniently located on the main highway, close to the industrial estate on the outskirts.

No improvements necessary, everything was perfect.
